Living with ADHD can feel like navigating a constant whirlwind of thoughts and distractions, making it challenging to stay focused on tasks and follow through with plans. Simple tasks can become overwhelming due to impulsivity and difficulty organizing thoughts, often leading to frustration and a sense of inadequacy. However, with proper support, coping strategies, and sometimes medication, individuals with ADHD can learn to harness their unique strengths and thrive in various aspects of life.
As an Executive Function Coach, Stephanie is dedicated to empowering individuals to unlock their full potential by developing essential cognitive skills for success in all aspects of life. Drawing on evidence-based strategies and interventions we will collaborate to assess your strengths and areas for growth in executive functioning skills. Along with addressing mental health concerns/stressors clients will work on overcoming challenges related to organization, planning, time management, impulse control and emotional regulation.
